Barbara Kay McCoy of Danville passed away on January 19, 2025 in her home. She was born September 7, 1954 to Dorothy (Bell) Martin and Henry McCoy in Richlands, Virginia. Barbara loved the Lord and lived for Jesus. She devoted her life to serving the Lord. Her church was a big part of her family. She would help a complete stranger even if she had nothing for herself. Barbara was very kind and soft hearted. She loved everyone, but loved her family dearly.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents Dorothy Martin and Henry McCoy; brothers Danny Bunten and Dean McCoy; sister Gail Vermillion; and son Terry Preston Jr. Survivors include sisters Debbie Bunten and Lesa Leiter; brothers Doug Bunten and Jerry Martin; and several nieces and nephews.

Barbara's family has chosen cremation. A celebration of life will be held at Abundant Life House, 1003 W. Lincoln Ave. Danville IN. 46122 on February 1st. Visitation is from 11-12 and services will follow at 12. Bousley Funeral Home is entrusted with Barbara's care.
