Beth Ann White, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, teacher, friend and dog mom, passed away at home on the morning February 18, 2025. She was born on February 26, 1969 in Geneseo, Illinois to Jean (Heiney) and Howard VanOpdorp. Beth had a steadfast faith in God and was a member of the Kingsway Christian Church in Avon. She loved to travel the world with her husband of 34 years Nathan White. She found a teaching job wherever they landed. She touched the lives of thousands of students in her career. The couple visited 38 countries together. Beth loved to teach history and used her many travels to get first hand accounts of what she taught.

She leaves behind husband Nathan White; son Josh White, daughter-in-law Dakota White; daughter Peach Tinsley; grandson Holden Oaks; brother Vern VanOpdorp. She was preceded in death by her parents Howard and Jean VanOpdorp.

Beth chose to have her body cremated. A celebration of life will be held at Kingsway Christian Church, 7981 E County Rd 100 N, Avon, IN 46123 on Saturday, March 1st, 10:30AM-12:00PM. Bousley Funeral Home has been entrusted with Beth's care.
