Donald Trump, age 101, passed away January 14th, 2014 in the Mill Pond Health Campus in Greencastle. Formerly a life-long resident of Coatesville, he was born February 27, 1912 to Pearl Trump and Louanna Eggers Trump in Bainbridge, IN. He had seven sisters and three brothers. He is survives by one daughter, Eva (Dennis) Robinson; and sons, Vinton (Shirley) Trump, Steven (Sharon) Trump, all of Coatesville, and Michael (Betty) Garrison of Byhalia, MS; He is also survived by sisters, Mary Smith, Juanita Paul, Esther Williams; a brother, Carl trump; several grandchildren and great grandchildren spanning five generations. Preceding him in death are his wife Myrle Edna West; brothers, Raymond Trump and Mearl K. Trump; sisters, Madge Greenlee, Pauline McAvoy, Dorothy Hallowell and Thelma Park. He served as a Tech sergeant in the US Army, working as a auto mechanic during his service in WWII. He was a recipient of two Bronze Stars. He was a truck driver for 40 years and retired in 1977 from Richardson Rubber Co. in Indianapolis. The following 19 years, he owned and operated his own stump grinding business until the age of 86. As well as serving on the board of Coatesville Town Council from 1984-1991. He also served as an Elder where he was a life long member of the Coatesville Christian Church. Visitation will be Saturday from 11 to 2 PM in the funeral home. Services are at 2 PM. Burial will be in the Coatesville Cemetery.
