Eddie Eugene Herbert, age 65, of Bainbridge, passed away May 6, 2020 in his residence. Born May 7, 1955 in Buzzard Bay, MA, he was the son of Thomas Herbert and Edna (Brown) Herbert. Survivors includes two daughters, Karma Lee (Brett), Brownsburg, and Tara Kegeris (Josh), Avon; his father Thomas Herbert, Bainbridge; grandchildren, Madison, Brayton, Luke, Marissa, Anna and Elijah; siblings, Chris Herbert (Lori), Bainbridge, Mark Herbert (Debbie), Avon, Susan Murphy (Joseph), Avon, Anita Vondersaar (Harlan), Avon, Jeff Herbert (Lisa), Bainbridge; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother and adopted brother Billy Worth.

Eddie was a man full of passion. He loved his girls, his 6 grandkids, his big family, fishing, hunting, sunshine, old western movies, long naps, midnight snacks and always joking around. He lived life to the fullest, without fear of failure. He knew how to have fun and make anything fun. He was wild and crazy without reservation. He was tough, brave, strong and full of charm. Through his tough exterior, there is where you would find the biggest heart!

Due to covid-19 circumstances, the funeral home will be immediate family only at 12 noon on Friday May 15th. Please feel free to pay your respects by joining the family graveside at Bainbridge Cemetery at 3 pm on Friday May 15th.
