Janet E. Kinser Gibson Ellett, age 85, Coatesville, has gone home to her heavenly father. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great great grandmother. She was a member of the Belleville Bible Church and had been a Sunday School Teacher for 40 years. She had previously worked as a telephone operator and later a secretary for Indiana Bell and was a homemaker and mother. She was preceded in death by her parents – Horace Branham Kinser and Ellen Irene MClure Kinser Logan, her husbands – Edward “Dutch” Gibson and Dr. John D. Ellett, Jr., sons – J.D. and Mike Ellett, and brothers – Robert and Clayton Kinser. She is survived by her daughter – Pam Gibson; Grandchildren – Michele (John) Spencer, Rachel Ellett, Melanie (Chris) Foster, and Melissa (Howard) Hicks; great-grandchildren – John Earl (Samantha), Katherine, and Clayton Spencer, Ulrich and Hannah Chaparro, Paige McIntosh, Audry Ellett, Phoebe and Archer Foster, and Teagan Hicks; great-great grandsons – John Carter and Maxwell Spencer; niece and nephew – Jaycee and David Peak; and several other nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Saturday, August 22, 2020 at 3:00 PM at Bousley Funeral Home, Coatesville, with calling from 1:00 PM until time of service. Burial will be in Stilesville Cemetery. The family has requested that in lieu of flowers contributions be made to the American Heart Association or the Coatesville Food Pantry.
