Joanna L. Cook, age 75, of Coatesville, passed away Thursday afternoon in the Community Heart and Vascular Hospital in Indianapolis. Born August 11, 1943 in Coatesville, she was the daughter of Doris Irene (Hathaway) Runnells and step-daughter to Robert Gilworth. She married Roy Cook and he survives.

Joanna was a homemaker, a great cook who collected recipe books and loved her collection of Teddy Bear figurines. She was a member of the Coatesville Baptist Church and dearly loved by her children. Joanna loved to travel especially to Florida and Tennessee with her family and to Arizona with her sister, Bobbi .

Survivors include her husband of 51 years, Roy Cook; 3 kids, Debbie Rosen, Lafayette, Patricia Gunn and husband Larry, Martinsville, and Michael Cook and wife Amber, Washington, IN; 6 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren; a sister Bobbi Kelley and husband Pete, Coatesville; and 2 nieces. Her parents preceded her.

Visitation will be Monday from 11 to 1 PM in the funeral home. Services are at 1 PM with Pastor Kevin Gaugler officiating. Burial will follow in the Forest Hill Cemetery in Greencastle.
