Keith J. Shotts, age 62, Fillmore, passed away Sunday evening at Hendricks Regional Health. He was born in Ninevah, IN on April 13, 1951 the son of Norman and Norma Joan Thomas Shotts. He was a heavy equipment operator for 40 years. He loved to watch TV, drag racing, and old cars. He was a loving husband and father.
He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Rebecca Higgins Shotts; Daughter – Jennifer (Ahmet) Mehmedov, Mooresville, IN; Son – David Shotts and girlfriend Cheryl Miles, Cloverdale; grandkids – Andrea and Adam Mehmedov, and Morgan Shotts; Mother – Norma Joan Shotts, Indianapolis; Sister – Dorothy (Lloyd Dean) Collins; Sister-in-law – Debbie (Rick) Woodley; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded by his Father and brother, Terry Shotts. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 7:00 PM at Bousley-Hays Funeral Home, Coatesville with Brother Leroy Collins officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 4:00 PM until time of service. Private burial will be held in the Fillmore Cemetery.
