The world lost a beautiful soul very unexpectedly this week. Amanda “Mandi” Lee (Wright) Perdue gained her angel wings Thursday January 18th, 2024. She was born on December 2, 1986 in Beech Grove, Indiana to Christie (Kiphart) and Tim Wright.
Amanda had the most loving demeanor and the brightest smile. She had the biggest heart and she loved with every piece of herself. She had a passion for the elderly and loved to rescue stray animals and nurse them back to health. She was a woman of strength, resilience, and she had a power to her that carried her through her time on earth.
Her favorite thing to do was spend time with her husband and family. She loved spending Saturdays at the dirt track watching her brother race, she loved to fish - especially with her dad, and she loved watching her niece Everly play. She absolutely adored her niece and called her “Aunt Mandi’s Monkey Butt”.
She is survived by; her husband Chris Perdue, parents Christie (Kiphart) and Tim Wright, brother Cody Wright (Ella Hirt), niece Everly Wright, grandfather Al Wright, Aunt Misty Wallace, Aunt Dawna Jarvis, Aunt Barbara Hommema, Aunt Trudy Neal, Aunt Jenny Maxwell, along with countless other family and friends who loved her dearly.
She is preceded in death by; her grandmother Henrietta Wright, grandfather Bill Kiphart, grandmother Frances (Lyons) Kiphart, and uncles Kenny Wright and Scott Kiphart.
Her visitation will be held at Bousley Funeral Home on Wednesday, January 24th from 11:00am to 1:00pm with the funeral service to follow at 1:00pm. She will be cremated after the service.
