Pearl Frances Brown passed away on July 18, 2025. She was born in Essex County, England on January 19, 1943 to Emily Florence (Tanner) and Charles Earnest Plumstead. She was the youngest of 6 children.

Pearl worked as a welder for Morris Motor Company. She bred Doberman Pinschers for the Indianapolis Police Department. At Cohrons Manufacturing Company she inspected mobile homes. Within 3 weeks of meeting, she and Harold Brown were engaged to be married. Pearl took great pride in what she called her English garden. She loved growing beautiful flowers in her front yard.

Survivors include her husband of 61 years Harold Brown; children Robert and Susan Brown, daughter-in-law Janet Brown; grandchildren Robert Jr., Natalie, Raychell, Ashlee, and Whitney.

Visitation will be held at Bousley Funeral Home on Thursday, July 24, 11AM-1PM, with funeral service at 1PM. Burial will follow in Coatesville Cemetery. Pastor Albert Ray will officiate.
