Ray P. Robertson, age 77, of Coatesville, passed away Wednesday, July 14, 2021 in his residence. Born November 21, 1943 in Cleveland, Ohio, he was the son of John Robertson and Hazel (Nunns) Robertson. He married Norma A. Sydnor and she survives. They were married for 57 years.

Ray was proud to have been a teamster for 35 years as a truck driver. He was a proud member of the Canaan Community Church where he was a deacon, trustee, and head barrista..

Survivors include his wife of 57 years; sons Richard (Lynn) Robertson and Paul Robertson, daughter Laura (Doug) Smith; grandchildren Jessica (Michael) Hershey, Patrick (Amanda) Robertson, Ashleigh (Aaron) Richman, and Austin (Victoria Lucchese) Robertson; great grandchildren Lorelai & Bradly Hershey, Janna, Yuri & Gabriel Robertson; and several nieces and nephews.

His parents, two brothers, John and Jerry, and three sisters, Mary, Barbara, and Ruth preceded him.

Visitation will be held on Saturday from 12-2 pm at the Canaan Community Church, 3517 N County Rd 800 E, Coatesville, IN 46121. Services are at 2 pm in the church with Kevin Thompson officiating. Cremation will follow and burial at a later date in the Canaan Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canaan Community Church.
