Sandra S. Blandin, age 78, Indianapolis, passed away Friday morning at Allisonville Meadows in Fishers. She was born in Tell City, Indiana on May 18, 1944 the daughter of William and Emma Schertzer Hinton. She married Roger Blandin and he preceded her in death. She had worked as a government case worker. She is survived by her daughters - Nicole Wheeler, Chicago, and Tiffany Trusty, Indianapolis. There will be a memorial gathering held at a time , date, and place to be announced later.
