William C. Allen, age 70, of Indianapolis, passed away July 27, 2016 in the Community North Hospital. William was born December 25, 1945 the son of William Carl Allen. He was a retired tool and die maker and a Vietnam Air Force Veteran. He is survived by his daughters: Melissa Moyer, Christina Owens, and Shannon Allen; Sisters: Karen Orwig, Cheryl Allen, Kathy Young, and Mary Louise Fitzpatrick; Brother - Russell Miller. He was preceded by his wife, Pauline Allen, Sisters - Phyllis Parent and Barbara Piker, and a brother - Ronald Whitford. Memorial services will be held on Sunday, July 31, 2016 at 4:00 PM at the Bousley Funeral Home, Coatesville with visitation from 3:00 PM.
