Ann Ruth Toney of Greencastle passed away March 17, 2024. She was born in Lee County, Virginia to Roy and Ella Johnson on January 23, 1936. Ann was married to Earl Toney. He preceded her in death. She was also preceded by her parents Roy and Ella Johnson; sisters Mona Sue Johnson and Ruby Heavin; and brother Pleas Johnson. Ann leaves behind several siblings LJ Johnson, Sereda Daniels, Hugh Johnson, Lorine (Jerry) Decker, Colby (Joyce) Johnson, and Paul (Karen) Johnson; and several nieces and nephews.

Ann loved to garden and plant flowers above all else. She was a member of Greencastle Christian Church. She retired from P.R. Mallory & Co.

Visitation will be held at Bousley Funeral Home on Thursday from 10:30 AM To 12:30PM. Funeral service will be at 12:30PM. Pastor Bert Bunner will officiate. Burial in Coatesville Cemetery will follow.
