Brenda Lou Nauert, age 69, of Fillmore, passed away Tuesday night in the IU Hospital in Bloomington. Born May 6, 1949 in Indianapolis, she was the daughter of Marvin Mendel and Alberta Ruth (Berry) Mendel. Survivors include her son, David Nauert and wife Mitzi, Fillmore; grandkids, Jordan and Taylor Nauert, Fillmore; siblings, Kathy Mendel,Gosport, Mike Mendel, Indianapolis, and Rich Mendel, Indianapolis; and several nieces and nephews. Her parents, brothers Steve and Jeff Mendel, and sister Carrie Thompson preceded her. Cremation is scheduled. No services at this time are scheduled.
