Dallas Summerlot, age 83, Coatesville, passed away Monday morning at The Waters of Greencastle. He was born April 26, 1940 to June (Cooper) and Lewis Summerlot in Danville, Indiana. Dallas was a farmer and attended the Baptist Church.

He is survived by his wife Janice (Leonard) Summerlot; children Duane (Kathy) Summerlot, Dana (companion Vince) Northern, Dennis (Deborah) Summerlot, Jena (David) Barnett, and Kari Summerlot; 9 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren; brothers Everly Summerlot and Marlin (Sandy) Summerlot; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers Ivan and Galen Summerlot.

Visitation will be Saturday from 11 to 1 PM and services at 1 PM with Rev. Harlen Kincade officiating. Burial will follow in the New Winchester Cemetery.
