Jason Matthew Chambers, 43, of Danville, passed from this life on Thursday, July 30, 2015, in St. Vincent Hospital, Indianapolis. He was born on June 23, 1972, in Danville.
Jason attended Danville High School and previously worked at York’s Auto Parts. An avid outdoorsman, he thoroughly enjoyed being outside, camping, and fishing. Although a part of Jason’s heart belonged to animals of all kinds, his pride and joy was found in his children and adored grandparents. He enjoyed listening to alternative and classic rock music, especially Motley Crue and ACDC. A man with a large personality, Jason was honest and blunt, yet carried a heart of gold and had a knack of telling good jokes to everyone around.
He was preceded in death by his beloved grandparents, Paul and Lora Brooks.
Survivors include his mother, Linda Sue (Brooks) Clearwaters of Bridgeton; children, Jessica Nichole Chambers of Plainfield, Thomas Lee Chambers of Danville and Stayson Lora Jo Lane Chambers of Greenwood; sisters, Kelly Mayo of Monrovia and Lori Estes of Amo; uncle, Michael Brooks of Cloverdale; grandchildren, Liam Zander Ravera of Plainfield and Mason Lee Chambers of California.
The funeral service will be held at 1pm, on Monday, August 3, 2015, at Bousley-Hays Funeral Home in Coatesville, with visitation there from 11am. Pastor Rick Brown will officiate the services and burial will take place in New Winchester Cemetery.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Light Memorial & Funeral Chapel in Monrovia and in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family to help offset funeral expenses.
