Richard L. “Joby” Cline, age 86, Belle Union, passed away Wednesday evening at Asbury Towers in Greencastle. He was born in Jefferson Township, Putnam County on March 31, 1934 the son of Roscoe and Ruth Slavens Cline. Jobe was a meat cutter for Krogers in Greencastle for 35 years and retired in 1996. He is survived by his children – Richard L. (Vickie) Cline, Jr., Cloverdale, Rodney (Mindy) Cline, Belle Union, and Cindy (Mark) Wager, Greencastle; 9 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded by his wife Betty Cline, son Randy Cline, and sister Darlene Bittle.

Visitation will be Monday, October 5th, 2020 from 11 to 1 PM in the Bousley Funeral Home in Coatesville. Graveside services will follow at Walnut Chapel Cemetery.
