Ruth Alberta Bates, age 82, Fillmore (Heritage Lake), passed away Wednesday morning at her residence. She was born in Mentor, OH on September 15, 1934 the daughter of Samuel and Mildred Brown Henderson. She had been a homemaker and was married to Donald Bates. They had formerly lived in Spencer, IN. There will be no services or calling at this time.
