With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of a beautiful sister, mom, aunt, grandma and great grandma Suzette “Suzie” Marie Sancedio of Terre Haute, Indiana she went to spend eternity with the Lord on June 6th 2026. Born October 28,1946 to George and Hermina Traverse of Terre Haute, Indiana. Growing up Suzette loved dancing, crocheting, baking, and most of all spending time with her family. She was a homemaker and deeply cherished her grandson Samuel and granddaughter Reggie.

Suzette was proceeded in death by her parents George and Hermina Traverse, husband John Sancedio, sisters Janice Traverse, Sandra Cesinger.

Suzette is survived by her daughter Judy Sancedio, grandson Samuel (Haley) Sancedio, granddaughter Regianna “Reggie” Sancedio, and many sisters Georgia (John) Roger’s, Mary (Tom) Campbell, Zelpha (Robert) Shattuck, Evelyn Helton, and Sally Traverse. Suzzie also loved her 2 Great Granddaughters She was an Amazing Aunt to Kim Rogers, Johnnie Rogers, Michael Rogers, Tamara Lindsey, Robert Hale, James Cesinger, George Cesinger, Tony Cesinger, Steven Verbonitz, Jamie Lawrence, Scott Verbonitz, Tristian Shattuck, Michelle Helton, Josh Helton, Brooke Costello, Lisa Keyt. Along with many Great Nieces and Nephews.

The Family would like to thank Cobblestone Health Campus staff and Nurses that took Great Care of Suzette the last few years.

As cremation was her wishes a Celebration of life will be announced by family at later time.
